5-18-09 Of what I sell, a lot of it is recycled stuff. I hate to waste things. I have been saving bottle caps since 5th grade, can tabs since 7th, and starburst wrappers since 9th. I hate throwing things away. Then I started making things with my recycled stuff which led to my very own shoebox business. As most people know, St. Jude’s saves can tabs to raise money for cancer research. Well, I at one point, had over 800 can tabs. I felt really guilty about keeping them when they could be used to help other people. I came up with a solution to my problem though. For every item I sell, I will donate 12% of the money to St. Jude. If it is a “Can Tab Original”, I am going to donate 20% of the profit to St. Jude.

Hey! Well, I just added some things to my "merchandise". (Including but NOT limited to, a wallet made out of a Skittles wrapper)
I am very excited! AND I made a purse out of duct tape and have been "trying it out" to decide if it is "Fasion Worthy". I have in fact recieved many compliments and to my delight it is holding up quite well! And of course to go with it, I made a wallet out of duct tape. (I DO hate to pay a lot of many or a "container" to put my money in. I do believe it is a tad bit too ironic for me. Ha. But. I am currently trying to save up Hershy chocolate wrappers (to make a purse or wallet) and other random candy wrappers.

By the way, this summer I am going to put other accessories like duct tape purses and wallets! (Depending on how much time I have, I'll put them up in a few months) I also have this FABULOUS idea to make a make a purse out of coke can tabs! I need about 500 tabs! SO...I am not sure about that one but it sounds COOL.
